THE VIBE WORKOUT
All VFX classes are set up in a group personal training environment and each class is designed to address every aspect of your fitness and wellness. Taught by NASM and Power Plate Certified Personal Trainers, our VFX classes offer personal attention and instruction on how to perform each exercise correctly for optimal results. Classes range from 5 to 20 minutes in duration and are performed at a high intensity with minimal rest as needed. Because the VFX workout is performed primarily on the Power Plate, you will experience Xtreme muscle activation for up to 48 hours; immediately firming up your glutes and pulling in your abs for a sleeker physique. The VFX workout is meant to keep your metabolism guessing by switching up the workouts weekly so you never plateau, and weekly competitions are held for the members who participate in the Strength Xtreme classes.

VersaVibe
Looking to advance in balance, strength, fat loss, and cardio- all at the same time? This 8-week group personal training class is the way to go! This class targets every muscle group by utilizing Acceleration Training on the Plates, combined with the fat-torching effects of the VersaClimber. With the super high tempo and intensity, we challenge any traditional class or personal trainer to find a way to burn as many calories in 20 minutes as VersaVibe! This isn’t your ordinary group fitness class so be sure to bring a towel! Power Plate X
Power Plate X is Vibe’s original group fitness class. The first class in the Tampa bay area to focus primarily on Acceleration Training, this class uses the types of total body moves that athletes have been using for years to get you to your fitness goals. Fit Performance (Plyo)

This class will show you how to train the way the best athletes on the planet train. Increase your speed, power, agility and explosive strength in this supercharged 20 minute conditioning class. Whether you want to be the hero in the family touch football game, or set records and compete with the world’s finest, Fit Performance is the way to do it! Class max is 8 people. Back to basics doesn’t have to be boring! Fit Extreme is designed for those who want to feel better, get energized, and lose fat! Whether you’ve never worked out before or you are already fit….. This class will teach you fitness basics on the Power Plate, and progress you through an amazing workout- whatever your fitness level. Vibrance
Vibrance is a stretching class that will focus on the primary moves of yoga. It will be a slow paced, slow movement class that will work on a person’s ability to balance and elongate the muscles of the body. It will also enhance a person’s ability to mentally focus, controlling not only their physical ability, but their thought processes, heart rate and breathing. The end result will provide the core foundation that it takes to reach one’s ultimate goal. The class will consist of original yoga moves on the floor with modified yoga moves on the power plate to maximize your body’s ability to get as flexible as possible. Tranquility meets technology as the Power Plate helps you attain levels of flexibility and relaxation unlike any other traditional class. Fit Formula
Heidi Klum’s real secret isn’t named Victoria….Its the Power Plate! This class will work the stomach, glutes and thighs to show any fitness enthusiast the secret to a killer body.

Strength Extreme
This class was designed for the superstar at heart. If you want to push yourself and get strong- fast, then here is where you need to be. All you need is a hard working attitude and the desire for strength….. I’ll bring the motivation and results!
Cardio Fit Box
This class is a high intensity, total body, circuit training workout utilizing the most effective kickboxing exercises and routines available. Beginners beware! This class steps it up from traditional kickboxing by incorporating the Power Plate technology to take Fat Burning to a whole other level!
